The objective
Design and tune the full control cascade on the flight dynamics simulator: rate, attitude, and altitude loops, starting with PID and progressing to LQR. The simulator from project 1 becomes the laboratory.
Done when
Each loop is tuned, its behaviour is explained in writing, and the closed-loop vehicle flies a commanded trajectory in simulation.
